Delivery Time

• Fast delivery around Da Nang area
• Inner city: 1–2 days
• Provinces: 2–5 days

Time may change depending on shipping conditions or objective factors. Any occurrences will be proactively announced.

Inspection Upon Receipt

You can inspect the product before payment to ensure:

• Correct model chosen
• Correct size, quantity

Note: Inspection does not include trial use of the product.

Products are carefully packed with the specific standards of Chu Bo Doi Agarwood Workshop:

• Suitable storage box
• Shockproof, moisture-proof

Shipping Fee

• Shipping fee is calculated by region and order value
• Some orders will be supported with free shipping according to the policy at each time

Delivery Responsibility

• In case of products being damaged or lost during shipping, we will directly handle and ensure benefits for you
• If errors occur from our side, all related costs will be fully borne by us

Order Confirmation

To ensure service quality, all orders are confirmed before sending. For high-value orders, we may apply a suitable deposit form.
