1. Return & Exchange Period
- Within 07 days: Exchange for another model, size, or product if you wish to adjust your selection (item must be unused).
- Within 30 days: 1-to-1 replacement or refund if the product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- The product remains in pristine, original condition, unused, and free from contact with water, detergents, or chemicals.
- Includes all original packaging and accessories: luxury box, brocade pouch, spare beads, threading string, and product cards.
- Proof of purchase (order phone number or delivery tracking number).
3. Non-returnable Items
- Products exposed to water, perfume, alcohol, or cleaning agents which alter the natural wood grain and aroma.
- Items cracked, burnt, or deformed due to physical impact or incorrect storage.
- Customized orders crafted specifically to your request (custom engraving, bespoke gold/silver encasing).
4. Shipping Costs
- 100% Free: The workshop covers all round-trip shipping costs if the fault is ours (wrong model sent, defect, transit damage).
- Customer-paid: If you exchange for personal preference or size change, customer covers round-trip shipping fee.
5. 4-Step Return Process
- Step 1: Contact Hotline/Zalo at +84 765.942.942 or message our Fanpage with photos/video of the product.
- Step 2: Our consultant confirms eligibility and guides safe repackaging.
- Step 3: Send the package back to our workshop in Tien Phuoc, Quang Nam.
- Step 4: Within 24-48 hours upon receipt and inspection, we dispatch the replacement or process your refund immediately.
