Warranty Scope

Applies to agarwood bracelets and accessories:

• Support string replacement, bracelet adjustment
• Refresh, periodic product cleaning

Specific warranty period will be announced at the time of purchase.

Warranty Conditions

Products are warranted when:

• Still within the warranty period
• Not damaged due to strong impact, water, or chemicals

Not Applicable Cases

• Product is damaged or deformed due to incorrect use
• Environmental impacts such as mold, water soaking, chemicals
• Natural wear and tear during use

Warranty Cost

• Free for technical errors or basic support for string replacement, polishing.
• For cases outside the warranty scope, we still support with reasonable cost

Processing Time

Warranty time is usually from 3–7 days depending on product condition. We always try to process in the earliest time so as not to interrupt your experience.

After-warranty Support

Even when the warranty period has expired, you are still supported to care for the product throughout the use process.
